Growing up in Sarasota, with its sandy white beaches and its strong cultural history, Reatha was exposed at an early age to living life to its fullest in a rich and rewarding Florida lifestyle. With a background in hospital human resources, Reatha built a foundation in recruitment, problem solving, the art of relationships, and promoting Florida as a great place to live. Following several career moves throughout the state, Reatha pursued her real estate license in the late 1980’s.

What began as a part-time affair quickly grew into a career calling as she fell in love with everything real estate. She realized she could help people by using her talents negotiating contracts and relationship building. She also relishes doing market research - pursuing knowledge of a particular parcel, its future growth potential, and how it’s value can be impacted. Reatha’s greatest satisfaction is seeing her customers happiness and receiving their referrals. She covers a large area from Sarasota down along the coastline that includes Nokomis, Venice, Englewood, North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Boca Grande, Manasota Key, Rotonda, Cape Haze, Siesta Key, and Lido Key to name a few.

Currently, she lives with her husband, Dennis, on the water and as a result, waterfront living is especially dear to her heart. She enjoys reading, boating, gardening, being active at church, and staying apprised of current events.
